Provider requirement
Phone Calls and AI Request Line segments use the Google AI Studio multi-speaker workflow. If Google is unavailable or over limit, Airwave should pause these features instead of substituting an incompatible provider.
Phone-call structure
The segment alternates between the selected Virtual DJ and caller. The caller can provide a name, location, topic, or request. The DJ repeats key information and responds naturally before the segment closes.
Caller effects
Supported caller treatments can include cell phone, landline, payphone, weak signal, and speakerphone. Use effects sparingly so the caller remains understandable.
Request Line
A request-line segment should use the next queued song when the automation workflow supplies it. Confirm the title and artist before generation, especially when the upcoming item is imaging rather than music.
Safe copy rules
- Do not invent real callers or represent a generated caller as a live person.
- Avoid exposing private phone numbers or account information.
- Preserve title numbers and avoid reading four-digit years unnaturally.
- Review every new call style before allowing automated delivery.
