Product and compatibility
What is Airwave AutoJock Bridge?
Airwave is a Windows AI radio imaging and automation bridge. It reads playout metadata, creates original radio copy, generates voice audio, mixes approved music beds, and writes finished WAV files for supported workflows.
Does Airwave replace the station automation software?
No. SAM Broadcaster, RadioDJ, PlayIt Live, or the compatible export source remains responsible for the music log and playout. Airwave adds generated production around that system.
Which voice providers are supported?
Airwave supports Google AI Studio, ElevenLabs, and OpenAI under content-specific provider rules and configured fail-safes.
Does Airwave include AI-provider service charges?
No. Third-party AI and voice services are separate and may have their own accounts, quotas, charges, terms, and availability.
Trial and licensing
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Airwave includes a 14-day trial so the station can confirm compatibility, automation metadata, voices, beds, and output before purchasing.
What plans are available?
The current plans are Monthly at $19.99 per month, Rent To Own at $29.99 per month for 12 successful payments, and Lifetime at $199.99 one time.
Can I cancel Monthly?
Yes. Canceling stops future billing. Access continues through the period already paid and then expires. Completed payments are final.
How does Rent To Own work?
The billing date follows the original calendar day. After 12 successful payments, the qualifying license converts to Lifetime ownership. Missing a payment beyond the two-day grace period permanently forfeits all accumulated ownership credit.
How many computers can use one license?
One license may be activated on one computer at a time under the published licensing terms.
Radio production
Can Airwave create weather?
Yes. Weather can be scheduled with a required Weather bed and a user-selected supported voice chain under the configured provider fail-safe rules.
Can it create live news?
Yes. Live News can fetch current headlines, let the operator review stories, write original radio copy, generate audio, apply the required News bed, and schedule recurring airing and refresh intervals.
Can it create phone calls and requests?
Yes. Phone Calls and the AI Request Line preserve a five-turn DJ/caller structure with separate rendering and Google-only voice safeguards.
Can Virtual DJs be filtered by station format?
Yes. Genre filtering prevents unrelated personas from entering a schedule unless the user intentionally selects a broader library. Future persona packs can provide multiple DJ prompts per genre.
