Plain-language summary: We collect only the information reasonably needed to operate Airwave, create and validate licenses, process purchases, provide support, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

1. Scope

This policy applies to information handled through the Airwave AutoJock Bridge website, downloadable Windows application, licensing and registration server, customer and administrator portals, support communications, purchase flows, subscription and rent-to-own billing records, and related services operated by Super Star Interactive.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use Airwave, we may collect:

  • Account and contact information: name, email address, account credentials, support contact details, and customer preferences.
  • License and activation information: license key, license plan, activation status, trial dates, registered device count, machine identifier or machine hash, application version, activation timestamps, last validation time, and license status.
  • Purchase and billing records: selected plan, transaction identifier, subscription status, payment status, renewal date, rent-to-own payment progress, refund or chargeback status, and limited billing-related information supplied by the payment provider.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser type, operating system, server logs, request timestamps, error details, security events, and diagnostic information needed to operate and protect the service.
  • Support information: messages, attachments, troubleshooting details, and other information you choose to provide when requesting assistance.
  • Website usage information: pages visited, links selected, downloads, referral information, and similar website activity when logging or analytics tools are enabled.

Airwave should not transmit your locally stored AI provider API keys to Super Star Interactive unless a specific support or account feature clearly tells you otherwise and you intentionally provide them. API keys entered into the Windows application are intended to remain on the user’s computer under the application’s local security controls.

3. How We Use Information

We may use collected information to:

  • Create and manage trials, licenses, subscriptions, rent-to-own plans, lifetime licenses, and customer accounts.
  • Activate, validate, recover, transfer, suspend, expire, or revoke licenses.
  • Process purchases and maintain payment, renewal, cancellation, and ownership-conversion records.
  • Deliver software downloads, updates, notices, receipts, support, and service communications.
  • Protect the service against fraud, stolen keys, unauthorized sharing, abuse, security threats, and chargebacks.
  • Diagnose technical problems and improve the website, software, licensing service, and customer experience.
  • Comply with tax, accounting, contractual, regulatory, and legal obligations.

4. Payments and Billing Providers

Purchases, subscriptions, and rent-to-own payments may be processed by an independent payment provider. Super Star Interactive generally does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers. Payment providers may collect and process payment and identity information under their own privacy policies and terms.

We may retain transaction identifiers, payment status, plan, amount, billing interval, renewal date, cancellation status, refund status, chargeback status, and similar records needed to administer your license and maintain business records.

5. Third-Party AI and Cloud Providers

Airwave can connect to third-party services such as Google AI Studio, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, and other artificial intelligence, language-model, text-to-speech, data, weather, news, or cloud providers selected by the user. These companies are independent from Super Star Interactive.

When you configure and use a third-party provider, content and technical information required to complete your request may be sent directly from Airwave to that provider. The provider’s collection, processing, storage, pricing, availability, and security practices are controlled by its own privacy policy and terms. Super Star Interactive does not provide those services and is not responsible for their data practices.

6. When We Share Information

We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary to:

  • Use hosting, email, payment, security, backup, customer-support, and other service providers that help operate Airwave.
  • Complete a transaction or provide a service requested by the customer.
  • Investigate fraud, unauthorized access, abuse, security incidents, or violations of applicable agreements.
  • Comply with a lawful request, subpoena, court order, regulation, or other legal obligation.
  • Protect the rights, safety, property, and security of customers, Super Star Interactive, and the public.
  • Complete a merger, sale, restructuring, financing, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate confidentiality safeguards.

We do not sell personal information. We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. Cookies, Sessions, and Server Logs

The website may use essential cookies or similar technologies for login sessions, account security, fraud prevention, preferences, and shopping or licensing functions. Optional analytics or marketing technologies, if introduced, should be disclosed and controlled as required by applicable law.

Web servers and security systems may automatically record IP addresses, browser details, requested pages, timestamps, response codes, and related diagnostic or security information.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. These may include HTTPS, access controls, password hashing, prepared database statements, secure server configuration, limited administrative access, logging, backups, encryption or protected storage for sensitive configuration, and monitoring for suspicious activity.

No website, software, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting their passwords, license information, provider API keys, computers, email accounts, and local backups.

9. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for licensing, account administration, support, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, payment records, tax and accounting requirements, legal compliance, and enforcement of agreements.

Some records may remain in backups, audit logs, anti-fraud records, or legally required business records after an account or license is closed. Local Airwave files stored on the user’s computer are controlled by the user, except that the application may remove or invalidate a local license file when the licensing server reports that the license is expired, invalid, suspended, or revoked.

10. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Subject to applicable law and verification of your identity, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information. You may also request information about how your data is used or shared, unsubscribe from optional marketing email, or close an eligible customer account.

Certain information may be retained when needed to complete transactions, maintain licenses, prevent fraud, protect security, comply with law, resolve disputes, or preserve required business records. Exercising a privacy right will not result in unlawful discrimination.

To submit a request, use the support contact method provided on the Airwave website. Please identify the request as a “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your email address, account, transaction, or license information before responding.

11. Children’s Privacy

Airwave AutoJock Bridge is a commercial broadcasting tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information should contact us so the information can be reviewed and, when appropriate, deleted.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the website, licensing platform, payment options, software, legal requirements, or business practices change. The revised policy will be posted with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, application, account portal, or email when appropriate.

13. Contact Us

Airwave AutoJock Bridge is operated by Super Star Interactive. Privacy questions and requests may be submitted through the Support section of the Airwave website. Please include “Privacy Request” in the subject or first line of your message.

Important: This policy describes the intended Airwave data practices as of the effective date. Before public sales begin, the policy should be reviewed against the final payment provider, analytics tools, email provider, hosting configuration, customer-account features, and licensing implementation. Legal review is recommended before relying on this document for compliance in every jurisdiction.
