Try Before You Buy

Airwave AutoJock Bridge provides a free 14-day trial. Customers are strongly encouraged to evaluate software compatibility, features, playout integration, and third-party provider setup before purchasing.

As-Is Software and Final Sales

Airwave AutoJock Bridge is licensed as-is. Super Star Interactive does not offer voluntary refunds, prorated refunds, credits, or exchanges for completed lifetime, monthly, or Rent To Own payments. Canceling a recurring plan stops future billing but does not refund a completed payment.

Payment Reversals and Disputes

A payment reversal, chargeback, dispute, processor-required refund, or unauthorized-payment determination may suspend or revoke the related license. For Rent To Own, it may also invalidate accumulated ownership credit.

License Scope

One Airwave license may be activated on one computer at a time. Third-party AI, voice, weather, news, automation, and payment services remain separate services with their own costs, limits, terms, and availability.

Plan Cancellation

Monthly and Rent To Own customers may cancel future recurring billing through PayPal. Access continues through the period already paid under the plan's rules. When a renewal remains missing or uncertain after the normal paid-through or grace deadline, the agreement enters Review Required with seven additional protected days. Rent To Own ownership credit remains preserved during investigation and any temporary suspension. A permanent outcome requires a documented human review.
