The billing date is anchored to the calendar day on which the first successful Rent To Own payment is completed. For example, a February 28 purchase is next due March 28, April 28, and so on. When an anchor date such as the 29th, 30th, or 31st does not exist in a short month, payment is due on the final valid day of that month and returns to the original anchor day when possible.
Each completed payment grants monthly software access and conditional ownership credit. After the 12th successful payment, the qualifying Airwave license converts automatically to permanent lifetime ownership.
A payment not completed on its due date receives a 2-day grace period. Airwave schedules reminder email for the due date, grace day one, and grace day two.
If payment remains missing or unconfirmed after grace day two, the agreement moves to Review Required instead of automatic forfeiture. Airwave continues software access for seven additional days while an administrator investigates PayPal status, payment transactions, webhook history, reminder delivery, and Airwave service availability. All earned ownership credit remains preserved. After the protected period, access may be temporarily suspended, but the license record and ownership progress remain intact until a human review is completed.
Cancellation stops future recurring charges. Access continues through the paid period and normal grace rules. A missing or uncertain renewal then enters Review Required and receives seven additional protected days. A verified reversal, chargeback, dispute, processor-required refund, or unauthorized-payment determination may still lead to a human-reviewed final license or ownership-credit decision.
Rent To Own checkout requires the customer to accept the final-sale policy, accept the Review Required, temporary-suspension, and human-investigation terms, and type the customer or station name as an electronic signature. Airwave stores the agreement text, policy versions, signature, timestamp, IP address, browser identifier, and a SHA-256 copy-verification hash.
