Before installing

  • Use a supported Windows computer with administrator permission to install software.
  • Download AirwaveAutoJockBridge_Setup.zip from the official Airwave Downloads page. This permanent filename always points to the current stable installer package.
  • Extract the ZIP before running the installer. Do not run the EXE from inside the compressed folder.
  • Have the station automation export path and the required AI-provider credentials available.

Install the application

  1. Run AirwaveAutoJockBridge_Setup_v1_0_1.exe.
  2. Approve the Windows security prompt when the installer name and publisher information match the official release.
  3. Accept the license agreement and complete installation.
  4. Launch Airwave AutoJock Bridge from the Start menu or desktop shortcut.
  5. The branded splash screen remains visible for approximately 5 seconds while the application initializes.

Upgrade an existing installation

  1. Close Airwave AutoJock Bridge.
  2. Download and extract AirwaveAutoJockBridge_Setup.zip. The EXE inside remains versioned so you can confirm exactly which release you are installing.
  3. Run AirwaveAutoJockBridge_Setup_v1_0_1.exe without uninstalling the existing release.
  4. The installer recognizes the official Airwave installation and updates it in place.
  5. Open Airwave and confirm that Info / About shows v1.0.1.

An in-place upgrade preserves the local license, API keys, protected secrets, station settings, automation paths, saved prompts, music beds, generated audio, and output folders. A computer without Airwave receives the complete fresh installation automatically.

Installing on another computer

A clean installation on another computer should use that computer’s own settings, provider keys, and license activation. Do not copy secrets.json, settings.json, or the local license cache from the original computer.
