Does Airwave replace SAM Broadcaster or RadioDJ?
No. Airwave creates and delivers spoken production. The playout system remains responsible for music scheduling and broadcast playback.
Does Airwave require Internet access?
AI script and voice providers require Internet access. A valid local Lifetime license can remain usable during a temporary validation-server outage, but online generation still depends on the selected providers.
Can one license run on several computers?
A license is normally activated on one computer at a time. Use the customer account to move an eligible license to another computer.
Can a named Virtual DJ use any provider?
No. Named Airwave Virtual DJs use their assigned Google AI Studio identity. OpenAI and ElevenLabs are used as labeled generic backup voices for eligible non-phone production.
What happens after 12 RTO payments?
After 12 successful qualifying monthly payments, the same eligible license converts to Lifetime ownership and future PayPal billing is stopped.
What happens when a subscription is canceled?
A PayPal-confirmed cancellation keeps access through the true paid-through date and does not add the seven-day communication-failure extension.
When is the seven-day extension used?
It is used when Airwave cannot verify PayPal or reconciliation is incomplete—not when PayPal has confirmed a normal customer cancellation.
