Export requirement
Airwave needs a stable file containing the current item and, when possible, the upcoming item. The exact format depends on the selected integration mode.
Verify the mapping
- Artist and title should not be reversed.
- Station imaging should not be treated as a song.
- Empty fields should not produce spoken “unknown” values.
- Title numbers should be preserved.
- The export should update once per automation change rather than continuously rewriting identical data.
Automatic mode
Enable automatic preview or WAV creation only after several manual reads show consistent metadata. When the export lacks Up Next, use content types that do not require an upcoming song.
