Save policies
| Policy | Behavior |
|---|---|
| Save None | Do not keep generated production in the reusable library. |
| Save Evergreen Only | Keep production that does not depend on a song, caller, request, current date, current time, or changing conditions. |
| Save Everything | Keep all generated production for review. Time-sensitive items must still be treated as non-evergreen. |
Items that should not be evergreen
- Song-specific backsells or frontsells
- Requests and dedications
- Phone callers
- Dates, days, current times, and current weather
- Current news
- Any script that becomes misleading when replayed later
Exports
Use exports when moving approved production into another station workflow. Keep the original script and a descriptive filename so the audio can be identified later.
