Third-party provider costs

Google AI Studio, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, weather providers, and other outside services control their own pricing, free tiers, quotas, taxes, model access, and account rules. The Airwave customer is responsible for all charges incurred through those accounts.

Review generated content

AI-generated scripts and audio can contain mistakes. Review new prompt profiles, legal IDs, weather, news, caller names, dates, and station promises before live delivery.

Broadcast rights

The station is responsible for the right to broadcast music beds, stingers, sound effects, promos, commercials, and other supplied audio. Airwave cannot verify ownership or licensing.

Credential security

  • Use unique provider keys for the station when possible.
  • Do not share secrets.json or private website configuration.
  • Revoke exposed keys immediately.
  • Keep administrator MFA and customer passwords separate from provider credentials.

Operational safety

  • Preview before enabling a new automated content type.
  • Keep backups of the working settings and prompt library.
  • Install updates on a secondary computer before replacing the live station installation.
  • Do not make several unrelated configuration changes at once.
